The birth of the Health freak...
Well, I've spent the summer, feeling all mopy and depressed and blah blah blah...well I've decided no more! Now, I have started this whole new health regimine thingy...well it's more like I start the day by waking up early, I eat breakfast, walk the dog, come back do a cardio vascular work out, shower, do the chores, eat a decent lunch, read, watch some telly etc....eat dinner....and then before going to bed do pilates...and then sleep decently...I hope I can stick to this, but it's pretty likely that by the third day, I'll wake up late, be too lazy to walk the dog and just watch the noon news or some novela while sitting on my bed and eating cereal out of a large cup. Lol@myself...I'm optimistic and hope it works...anywho, honkers can't go on saturday...so how bout monday, besides I'm going shopping, I think and hope. I finished another book today...it was good and I recommend it especially towards "la raza" lol..."la raza latina...PAZ!" It's called Caramelo and it's by Sandra Cisneros. I'm also trying to figure out how to put a picture up cuz it's really cool...I just don't know how...Oh...got to go now...
